Not all things are made to be owned. Some are made to bewitch someone. And so I went to Valdobbiadene – a place that did not even sound like a destination to me. It sounded like a promise. A place where the hills meet the sea and the air tastes different. Softer. Warmer. Truer.
Negotiations were not easy. Negotiating with the owner was like seducing a beautiful woman – the more I wanted her, the more she tested me to see if I deserved her. So I held out. And maybe that is why I got 150 bottles. Each one reminiscent of a first touch. Of a secret. I did not give the prosecco a label. I gave it a name: Love potion.
The bottle is 1.5 liters – because for lovers, everything is scarce except time together. Wrapped in a hand-sewn Henry of Paris bag, kept safe in an elegant box. Not for effect, but for ritual.
